Custom Backdrops are fully customizable
 
Pictures: At the bottom of the screen, there's an "Upload A File" option. Select "Choose Image" and upload your pictures. If you are unable to upload your pictures, please send them via email to enchantedeventsofclt@gmail.com.
 
Please note, if you provide a cell phone picture or a picture with low resolution this will impact the final outcome of your design.
 
A minimum of 3 revisions are allowed per order. If additional revisions are needed a $25 design fee will be added to the order total and invoiced separately.
 
Order Turnaround time -
Designs are provided 3 business days after payment in full has been received unless the order is for a future date. If your order is for a future date, the design samples will be provided closer to that date.
