Order Processing

Payment in full is due at the time your order is placed. Once the payment is received your order will be placed in our order queue. After we complete your requested designs we will deliver a proof to the email address that we have on file. You are allowed a maximum of 2 revisions. We accept 2 design changes; more than 2 design changes will require a $5 design fee. The turnaround time will be based solely on your event date and the amount of detail for your order. Please allow 4-10 business days for your order to be processed.

Shipping Policy

Items will ship within 5-7 business days after proof approval and assembly. Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground and shipping will vary depending on your state and current shipping rates. Due to shipping delays, we are not responsible for shipping carrier lost, damaged or delays in receiving any products.

Exchanges

All Sales are FINAL!

 

There is absolutely no exchange on personalized or custom items unless there is an error made on the company's end. We make every effort to ensure that all of our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases.

 

Refunds

I understand and agree that the products sold by Enchanted Events are custom, made to order items, and under NO circumstance will payments be refunded in any way. If you feel like there is an exception please do not hesitate to contact us.

Copyrights

Please note that you are paying for a creative service and the time spent designing and personalizing your item with personal information and/or photos, which is permitted for one-time PERSONAL USE. This item is not a licensed product; all character images (Disney) used are free and not being sold. We DO NOT SELL or claim ownership over the character clipart or graphics; they belong to their respective copyright holders. Items purchased are for one-time personal use only and are not to be re-sold for any reason.

It is very important to note that copyright restrictions on the Characters only permit graphics to be used for one-time personal use such as birthday parties. Not all photo labs are aware of this policy and if you have issues with a photo lab refusing to print for you, please try another local photo lab or print at home yourself. You are responsible for the printing of your invitation. We do not provide a copyright release, please ensure the company that you use for printing doesn't require a copyright release. No refunds will be given for printing issues.

Please note that by ordering, you certify that you own the rights to any photos submitted by you and have permission to use them. If you are submitting professionally taken photos, you MUST have a release form for their use. Enchanted Events Party Favors & More is not liable for any misuse of copyrighted materials submitted by the customer or any copyright infringement claims.
